Kurrul Consultancy, is run by Shana Blow, a proud Mununjali/ Kombumerri and South Sea Islander woman with over 25 years of experience in the Early Years. As a consultancy business, Kurrul Consultancy delivers specialised professional development, training, and consulting services for early years providers. With deep sector knowledge, we support organisations in enhancing educational quality and practices for sustainable progress, working towards embedding First Nations perspectives and Reconciliation.

Professional Development and Training- Offering comprehensive support in embedding First Nations perspectives into daily practice. Through professional developments, consult visits, training, and mentoring for Educators, we guide and educate services to integrate culturally informed approaches and perspectives, advancing respectful and inclusive learning environments. 

Reconciliation Action Plan Guidance- We provide guidance on how to get started with your Reconciliation Action Plan and consult through the development and implementation of an effective Reconciliation Action Plan. Our collaborative approach helps you build confidence in pursuing your Reconciliation Action Plan goals in a culturally respectful way.
